Evaluates the gun laws as it relates to appearing on the list.
I would rather see stats for average household income and average welfare benefits recieved. From skimming through the list they are mostly if not all "poor" neighborhoods where the handout mentality is rampant and the preditor mentality is also verry evident.
That and I would wager they are democrat strongholds .
