I work in Technical Support. Most of the time it's ok and it pays the bills most of the time. Some days I think that users get out of bed and chow down on a heaping bowl of STUPID-Ohs for breakfast.
I work from home doing tech support for a nationwide auto parts store chain, and I have to agree, the Stupid-OH's are out in force many days. Plus, when you call me for support because your computer isnt working the way its supposed to, who said you could chew me out on the phone? I'm not the one who broke it buddy and I'm trying to help you, yelling at me b/c you're unable to fix it yourself doesn't help anyone! Sheesh
